Sheronda is a Psychotherapist, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healing Practitioner, and founder of Butterfliii Rising LLC, a wellness-centered practice focused on empowerment, transformation, and intentional growth. She supports individuals, groups, and organizations in building emotional wellness, resilience, and meaningful connection across school, workplace, and community settings.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Student Assistance Coordinator, and Adjunct Professor, Sheronda brings both clinical expertise and educational leadership to her work. Her approach is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based practices with mindfulness, experiential techniques, Reiki, and sound healing to support emotional balance and sustainable growth.
Sheronda is trained in EMDR, a certified Reiki Level II Practitioner, a certified Sound Healing Practitioner, and has specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) through Postpartum Support International.
Through Butterfliii Rising, she offers counseling, wellness workshops, sound healing experiences, and consulting services designed to support individuals and organizations in rising into their fullest potential.

I provide consulting services for schools, community agencies, corporations, and therapeutic organizations seeking to strengthen wellness, resilience, and supportive environments. Through collaboration, I help design and facilitate wellness programming, professional development workshops, and initiatives that promote emotional well-being and healthy, connected communities.
Reiki is a gentle, restorative practice that supports relaxation, emotional balance, and overall well-being. As a certified Reiki Level II Practitioner, I offer Reiki sessions that help clients reconnect with their mind-body balance and create space for restoration and healing. I also offer sound healing as a separate service, using soothing vibrations to support relaxation, grounding, and overall energetic balance. For those interested, the two can also be combined to create a deeply restorative and balanced experience.
